Advantive Legacy ParityFactory WMS Warehouse Management SCM n/a 2015 2015
In 2015 Seafood Producers Cooperative implemented ParityFactory WMS in a Warehouse Management deployment at its Sitka, Alaska processing facility to enable serialized case-level tracking and real-time reporting to its Seattle head office. The implementation targeted warehouse and production traceability needs for a high-volume seafood processor, and it was scoped to cover the plant floor, cold storage, and outbound shipping operations for end-to-end lot visibility. ParityFactory WMS was configured to capture serialized case-level data and to support forward and backward lot tracing across processing and cold storage zones. The deployment included barcode scan-based inventory control, case serialization workflows, automated generation of shipping manifests, and real-time status feeds for inventory and production traceability. Operational integration emphasized live reporting to the Seattle head office and automated handoffs into shipping workflows through manifest generation, enabling near real-time visibility for centralized coordinators. Governance changes shifted recordkeeping from manual logs to system-driven traceability, reshaping warehouse, production, quality, and shipping procedures. Outcomes recorded in the implementation note include improved traceability, reduced manual recordkeeping, and the ability to perform quick forward and backward lot tracing across the plant and cold storage.
