TOKN Technology delivered a mobile purchase order, invoice approval and goods receipting application integrated with MYOB Greentree Accounts Payable, providing mobile requisition and approval workflows and electronic receipting tied to Greentree records. The implementation emphasized increased utilisation of Greentree purchasing modules and eDoc add-ons, and configuration focused on automating PO to invoice matching and approval routing consistent with AP Automation functional patterns.
Integration work connected the mobile app to Greentree to synchronise purchase orders, goods receipts and supplier invoice data, enabling a single source of truth in the finance system. Rollout covered operations across New Zealand and Australia, with operational scope targeting accounts payable and purchasing functions.
