In 2015 Select Group implemented Sage 300 ERP (formerly Accpac) to establish a centralized ERP Financial backbone for accounting across three legal entities. The deployment focused on full sets of management accounts and centralized transaction processing, with finance leadership overseeing a team of Assistant Accounts Executive staff to support entity-level reporting and control.
Sage 300 ERP (formerly Accpac) was configured to operate core financial modules including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets register, bank reconciliation, intercompany accounting, and month-end journal processing. Functional workflows were aligned to support GST submission, preparation of audit schedules, recording and resolution of audit adjustments, and financial statement analysis prior to management reporting.
Operational integrations included use of the Accpac platform alongside an Eprocurement system to facilitate payment processing and voucher workflows, and transaction feeds to support receipts reconciliation and tenant refund computations. Accounts receivable activities explicitly covered collection of sales data and reporting to external institutes such as Changi Airport, while accounts payable controls required departmental verification of payments and management of petty cash at outlet level.
Governance and process controls emphasized month-end close discipline, maintenance of fixed asset registers, recording and reconciliation of intercompany transactions, and timely liaison with auditors to resolve queries. The implementation positioned the finance organization to produce audited management accounts for three entities and to maintain audit-ready schedules within the ERP Financial environment.

In 2015, Select Group implemented Times HRIS. The Times HRIS deployment, provided by Times Software, was scoped to deliver Core HR functionality for the Singapore based food and beverage group and to operationalize payroll and HR administration for approximately 600 employees.
The implementation focused on a payroll processing cycle using Times HRIS as the payroll engine, and included statutory submissions to CPF and IRAS as part of payroll and welfare processing. Core functional modules implemented included leave and medical administration, claims processing for government programs such as Levy Waiver, NS make up pay, maternity, paternity and childcare claims, and insurance administration covering medical and workman compensation.
Operational coverage extended to work pass administration covering application, renewal, cancellation and appeals, preparation of employment contracts and employee correspondences, and consolidation of monthly payroll and ad hoc reporting requirements. The deployment supported routine HR service delivery activities including updating HR policies and process flow charts and attending to staff enquiries, with Times HRIS serving as the central record and reporting source.
Governance and process restructuring accompanied the rollout, with Times HRIS used to standardize payroll consolidation workflows, formalize statutory submission processes, and centralize claims and work pass workflows within HR operations. The implementation narrative centers on Times HRIS as the Core HR platform enabling payroll, statutory compliance, leave and claims workflows and HR administrative consolidation for Select Group.
