In 2020, Selegiochi Italy implemented Negoziando for the Città del Sole chain to unify orders, purchases, goods receipt and invoicing across 80 Italian stores and to enable multichannel e commerce order handling. The deployment centralized Retail Management capabilities for the retail group, aligning store point of sale order flows with online sales channels across Italy.
Negoziando was configured to manage retail order management, purchasing workflows, goods receipt processing and invoice generation. Selegiochi Italy uses Negoziando within the Retail Management category to support retail order management and e commerce integration, with functional emphasis on order orchestration, purchase order management, goods receiving and automated invoice sequencing.
Implementation and rollout were delivered by Smeup, and the project integrated multichannel e commerce order handling into store inventory and invoicing processes. Operational scope covered the Città del Sole retail chain across Italy and impacted merchandising, store operations, purchasing and finance functions. Governance established centralized order orchestration and automated workflows from online order capture through to invoice issuance, increasing operational continuity and enabling automated order to invoice flows between online sales and store inventories.
