| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle NetSuite ERP | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020 Semper Solaris implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP as its ERP Financial platform to centralize accounting and inventory costing for the company. The deployment consolidated core financial functions including General Ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory cost accounting into a single cloud-based Oracle NetSuite ERP instance to support finance and operations workflows.
Configuration work focused on historical data establishment and month-end close automation. The implementation team established historical financial records in Oracle NetSuite ERP by transferring legacy data from QuickBooks through a complex series of journal entries, and configured month-end journal entry and reconciliation workflows to reconcile the balance sheet and P and L. Finance personnel used the system to analyze P and L variances, flag project expense outliers for review, and perform recurring monthly close tasks.
Operational coverage extended beyond core finance into inventory and project accounting. Semper Solaris performed monthly inventory audits across eight warehouses to validate that inventory movements were being recorded correctly in NetSuite, and staff used Oracle NetSuite ERP to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and incorrect job charges. Governance changes included formalizing month-end close responsibilities, escalating issues and corrective actions to management, and instituting ad-hoc financial analysis and preventive controls within the new ERP Financial environment.

| Zenefits | Legacy | Zenefits HCM | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018, Semper Solaris implemented Zenefits HCM as its Core HR solution. The deployment centralized HR recordkeeping and moved paper-based personnel files into an electronic HRIS to support HR, recruiting, and compliance functions.
The implementation included a bulk import of more than 3,000 paper employment records into Zenefits HCM and configuration of centralized employee record management and onboarding workflows. The HR team used the platform to manage I9 documentation and audit processes, and created training materials to instruct managers on accurate I9 completion and behavioral interviewing techniques.
Recruiting operations were coordinated with JazzHR for posting job requisitions, while HR administrative work such as oversight of the Human Resources Inbox was centralized to the new system, reducing average response time from 60 minutes to 25 minutes per inquiry. Project activities documented more than 4,500 compiled documents for over 240 employees and an audit of more than 2,000 I9s completed within a three month span.
Governance and process changes included manager training programs, standardized interview templates and workflows, and the establishment of an electronic file governance model. Outcomes recorded during the rollout included a shift to a fully electronic HR department, an 85% reduction in I9 violations after targeted training, and a reduction in time-to-hire to 1.5 weeks.

| Salesforce | Legacy | Salesforce Field Service (ex ClickSoftware) | Field Service Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018 Semper Solaris implemented Salesforce Field Service (ex ClickSoftware) to centralize technician scheduling and service delivery as part of its Field Service Management strategy. The deployment was anchored in the companys existing Salesforce footprint and targeted field operations for the utilities-focused organization with roughly 350 employees and expanding office locations in the United States.
Configuration and development work emphasized custom Salesforce development, including design and build of custom objects, fields, picklists, page layouts, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation. The implementation included bespoke Apex development and Lightning apps to extend Field Service Lightning functionality, with configuration of scheduling, dispatch and mobile technician workflows aligned to standard Field Service Management capabilities.
Integrations used APIs and web hooks to connect Salesforce Field Service with marketing automation and third-party applications, with specific references to Pardot and various third-party integrations in staffing documentation. Data and security configuration included management of users, roles, profiles, reports and administrative controls, and deployment activities leveraged Developer Sandbox and Full Sandbox construction for testing and staging.
Governance and operational practices centered on rigorous testing, technical documentation, and change-control to enable smooth production deployments with minimal business interruption. The implementation narrative emphasizes in-house Salesforce development ownership for coding, configuration, debugging and release management, with Agile software development knowledge and formal Salesforce certifications cited as desired governance capabilities.
