In 2023 Senac Brazil implemented Benner HR, deploying the Benner HR web-based Core HR platform in Brazil to manage approximately 2,055 employees. The deployment was scoped to HR administration across the Brazil region and positioned Benner HR to support personnel recordkeeping, employee self-service and operational HR workflows.
The implementation included explicit use of the MyPlace module, learning and Trilhas for training management, and the Medicine or Occupational Health module, as documented on Benner’s RH case page. Benner HR was configured to centralize learning management and occupational health workflows, with MyPlace providing employee facing self-service and enrollment capabilities.
Architecturally the solution was delivered as a web-based HR platform for the Brazil region, with modules configured to run as integrated Core HR components rather than standalone point tools. The deployment centralized HR administration and learning orchestration, aligning training and medical/occupational health records within the Benner HR application.
Governance and operational impact focused on HR, learning and occupational health functions, with deployment controls to standardize processes and reduce transactional overhead. Outcomes reported by the customer include up to 60% productivity gains in HR and reduction of point to closure to one day, these module usages and results are described on Benner’s RH case page.
