In 2019, senseFly implemented Peoplefone HOSTED to run roughly fifty PBX lines supporting its Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne operations, using a hosted model in the PBX, VoiP and Phone Systems category. The implementation was delivered by Fastnet SA and provisioned a vendor-hosted PBX footprint that centralized telephony provisioning for the site. The deployment focused on operational communications and customer-facing voice channels for the Swiss site.
Peoplefone HOSTED was configured to provide interactive voice response, call forwarding and remote-working telephony capabilities, enabling remote user mobility and distributed operator access. The hosted PBX supports operational teams and customer communications across senseFly in Switzerland, and the implementation included user provisioning, IVR routing and call forwarding configuration in the hosted environment. The configuration aimed to improve flexibility and scalability for operations and customer communications.
