The BILL Financial Operations Platform was positioned as a core financial operations layer within Sensor Tower's broader finance stack.
Configuration focused on accounts payable automation and accounts receivable automation capabilities, including electronic invoice intake, automated approval routing, payment orchestration, supplier master management, and invoicing and cash application workflows consistent with AP Automation,AR Automation functional expectations. The implementation was configured to exchange transactional and master data with the company general ledger and planning systems.
Integrations were implemented with NetSuite for general ledger posting and financial close linkage, Anaplan for FP&A inputs, payroll and equity systems including Carta, tax technology from Avalara, CRM and revenue touchpoints in Salesforce, and operational SaaS such as Gong, Concord, Gainsight and Bill.com as part of the finance and commercial tooling set. Operational coverage included Finance and Accounting, Sales Operations, FP&A, and Investor Relations, reflecting the team structure led by the VP of Finance and Sales Strategy.
Governance and operating model changes accompanied the rollout, the VP recruited and staffed a 20 person finance and sales operations organization and established the integrated operating infrastructure that included the BILL Financial Operations Platform.
