In 2020, Sensus implemented Cisco Webex Meetings as its Audio Video and Web Conferencing solution and deployed Cisco Webex Meetings on its public website to enable web-based joins for external participants and to support internal collaboration. The deployment positioned Cisco Webex Meetings as the primary meeting layer for customer-facing sessions accessed directly from the corporate site and for employee conferencing needs across the organization.
The Cisco Webex Meetings implementation leveraged standard meeting capabilities native to the platform, including multi-party audio and video, screen sharing, recording, participant role controls, and browser join flows. Configuration work focused on meeting templates, access controls, and embedding the Webex join experience into web pages to provide consistent session entry for external users.
Operational coverage spanned external engagement through the website and internal collaboration across sales, operations, and engineering, aligning scheduling and guest access to the web-embedded meeting experience. Cisco Webex Meetings served as the Audio Video and Web Conferencing layer that unified public-facing interactions with internal meeting workflows.
Governance and rollout were managed by corporate IT, which provisioned users, standardized meeting policies, and staged adoption across business units while instrumenting the corporate site for consistent external participant access. The deployment emphasized site-embedded meeting access and centralized administration of Cisco Webex Meetings to maintain control over meeting configurations and participant entry.

| 6sense | Legacy | 6sense Account Engagement Platform | Account Based Marketing | CRM | n/a | 2021 | 2021 |
In 2021, Sensus deployed the 6sense Account Engagement Platform to establish an Account Based Marketing capability across its digital channels. The 6sense Account Engagement Platform was instrumented on their website to capture account level signals and to support coordinated marketing and sales engagement for the utilities organization.
The implementation focused on core Account Based Marketing functions including account identification, intent signal capture from web interactions, account scoring and segmentation, and orchestration of targeted digital engagement. Configuration work emphasized tag and pixel deployment on site pages, mapping of account attributes to engagement segments, and rule based activation for outbound and inbound campaigns.
Operational coverage centered on marketing and demand generation teams working with sales enablement, with the platform feeding account signals into campaign workflows and prospect prioritization processes. Integrations were limited to website instrumentation and internal routing of account level insights into existing marketing and sales workflows, preserving the application as the primary source for digital account intent and engagement data.
Governance included centralized campaign configuration and ongoing refinement of account scoring criteria, with process changes to close the loop between web signal capture and sales follow up. The rollout prioritized web touchpoint instrumentation first, then expanded into coordinated account orchestration across marketing and sales functions to operationalize Account Based Marketing using the 6sense Account Engagement Platform.

| New Relic | Legacy | New Relic APM | Application Performance Management | ITSM | n/a | 2021 | 2021 |
In 2021, Sensus deployed New Relic APM to instrument and monitor its website as part of Application Performance Management. The New Relic APM deployment targets the public web application to surface server side runtime metrics, transaction traces, and error telemetry for web operations.
Implementation configured New Relic APM agents within the application stack and enabled distributed transaction tracing, error analytics, throughput and latency telemetry, and real user monitoring. New Relic APM dashboards and alerting were established to provide continuous visibility into request performance and to escalate issues to application owners.
Operational scope is the Sensus website, with performance telemetry routed into web operations and application support workflows to support troubleshooting and incident investigation. Governance was organized around access to monitoring dashboards and a staged rollout across site components to limit alert noise while broadening coverage.
