Project execution included scoping third party consultants for the Sage Business Cloud X3 implementation and integration work to simplify consolidation flows, notably coordinating with a leading bank partner for treasury consolidation. Operational coverage extended from the Clonmel head office finance team of 15 through regional controllers and managing directors across the companys geographic footprint, establishing system touchpoints for statutory filings and audit schedules. Governance changes were formalized alongside the application, with an enforced month end reporting policy for regional controllers and managing directors, a Global Audit Planning Lead role for scheduling regional audits and compliance follow up, and formal review gates for timely statutory financial statement sign off with regional controllers. Treasury management workstreams explicitly targeted simplification of the consolidation process with the bank partner, and the overall deployment was positioned to support the Group CFOs agenda for business process improvement and a more structured finance operating model.
