Business functions impacted included production control, dispatch, loading, inventory management, and recall responsiveness, with the system instrumenting tray tracking from preparation through loading. Governance and operational reporting were formalized through back-end reporting and user-friendly terminals to standardize workflows and improve data accuracy and adoption across staff in production and logistics. The Zetes Zeus Real-Time Transportation Visibility implementation delivered comprehensive reporting, streamlined stock management, and documented improvements in efficiency and productivity, and Servair expanded the solution to additional sites based on these operational gains.
