Zucchetti Legacy Zucchetti Mago e-Commerce eCommerce eCommerce ATIK 2025 2025
In 2025 Setik implemented Zucchetti Mago e-Commerce to centralize online sales and channel orchestration for its Italy based retail business. The deployment targeted core eCommerce functions, aligning Zucchetti Mago e-Commerce with order management, product catalog management, marketplace channel management and real time inventory synchronization to support the companys eCommerce operations and order to cash workflows. ATIK served as the system integrator and integrated Mago ERP with its Calypso middleware layer to manage marketplace channels and real time inventory synchronization across sales touchpoints. The implementation used Zucchetti Mago e-Commerce as the storefront and channel orchestration point while Calypso handled middleware translation and event driven synchronization between the ERP and external marketplaces. Operational scope focused on online sales and inventory control for Setiks Italy based retail operations, impacting sales, operations and fulfillment functions. Governance followed an integration led rollout with middleware controlling channel connectors and inventory reconciliation, enabling centralized workflow for listing updates, order routing and stock visibility. Atik reports significant growth outcomes from the project and projected revenue improvements tied to improved marketplace coverage and inventory accuracy, as described in the Atik case study. This Setik Zucchetti Mago e-Commerce eCommerce implementation emphasizes an architecture that pairs a vendor ERP storefront module with a dedicated middleware layer for multi channel eCommerce orchestration.
