In 2019, SFC Group implemented Oracle Cloud ERP as its ERP Financial platform. The deployment targeted group-level financial consolidation and transactional finance processing across SFC Group entities headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Oracle Cloud ERP integrations included revenue reconciliation workflows tied to IPOS and Maximo systems to validate entity revenues, while VAT reporting activity continued in Focus software and VAT clarification with the Federal Tax Authority was managed as part of the program. Operational coverage extended to multiple wholly owned and partially owned subsidiaries, with finance, inventory control, and accounting teams in Dubai coordinating uploads and reconciliations.
Governance incorporated statutory and internal audit processes, an audit tracker for follow up on audit recommendations, MIS reporting dashboards, and preparation of auditor schedules to support quarterly and year end audits. The Oracle Fusion project was driven by internal finance team members and was successfully implemented, centralizing accounting controls and reporting orchestration in Oracle Cloud ERP.
