SubLedger Accounting SLA was configured for payroll costing with linkage to GL ledgers, and BR100 setup documentation was prepared and maintained to capture configuration decisions.
Data migration work included documenting extract and mapping specifications for employees and assignments, work structures, payroll elements, and payroll Year To Date balance extracts, with employee and assignment data uploaded using More4apps and generic data loading tools. The project managed system integration testing SIT, user acceptance testing UAT, and Parallel Run testing cycles, coordinating test script preparation, defect reporting, and providing testing status reports to the client project team.
Project governance comprised a detailed project plan with milestones and resource planning, daily tracking of activities against the plan, and RAID register reviews with remedial planning where necessary. The team produced high level AIM documentation covering business requirements, mapping, gap analysis and process mapping, and liaised with Finance to restructure organisation, position and supervisory hierarchy to align HR and payroll configuration with finance processes.
Operational coverage intentionally focused on HR, Payroll and Finance teams, with 1 to 1 payroll knowledge transfer and training delivered to HR and Payroll staff. Technical support tasks included querying test results with SQL Developer and supporting the client project manager throughout configuration, testing and UAT kickoff activities.

Integrations and operational coverage were explicitly aligned with Finance and HR operations, with liaison activity to restructure organization, position and supervisory hierarchy and to align costing and accounting flows. Test governance encompassed system integration testing, user acceptance testing and parallel payroll runs, with coordinated test script preparation, UAT kickoff facilitation, defect reporting and testing status reporting to the client project team.
