Governance and vendor support played a role in sustaining the rollout, with on-demand support from PayProp used to resolve complex accounting exceptions. The company reports sustained use across the business and landlord satisfaction due to timely, accurate payments and automated, bank-accurate statements, which in turn supported business development and client retention.
