In 2021, Shook Kelley implemented ClickTime to centralize timekeeping and improve project billing workflows. The ClickTime deployment addressed Time and Attendance requirements across the firm's finance and project management functions in its United States offices.
Implementation focused on core time tracking and billing and reporting capabilities within ClickTime, configured for project based timesheet codes, task level entries, and consolidated billing views. Timesheet capture and approval workflows were standardized to support project accounting and invoice preparation. ClickTime reporting was used to generate billing ready timesheet datasets for the finance team.
Operational scope targeted finance and billing and project management processes, with rollout concentrated across the companys US offices and small firm structure.
