In 2018 Sia Habitat deployed Sopra Active3D Real Estate under the Real Estate Property Management category to centralize technical asset management and maintenance planning. The initial implementation targeted operationalization of maintenance workflows across Territorial Directorates (DT), the head office and coordination with the sales department for pre-sales work and project supervision.
Configuration emphasized modules and functional capabilities for business planning of routine maintenance, preventive maintenance scheduling, consolidation and monitoring of the forecast maintenance plan, and contract management for maintenance and framework agreements. The implementation also incorporated technical studies support, work order tracking for small operations and rehabilitation projects, and an asset register oriented configuration consistent with Technical Asset Management needs.
Operational coverage included management of technical maintenance and rehabilitation work for the head office and annexes, coordination with DTs for routine and preventive activities, and supervision of accommodation pre-sales works in conjunction with the sales organization. The head office development project covering 230 employees was an explicit programmatic context for the Sopra Active3D Real Estate rollout and configuration choices.
Governance and process changes were driven by the Heritage Studies and Maintenance Manager role, which defined and implemented the maintenance policy through drafting maintenance contracts and framework contracts and consolidating forecast planning across Territorial Directorates. Rollout activities emphasized standardized forecasting, central monitoring of maintenance plans and formalized contract templates to enforce consistent maintenance execution and procurement processes.
Sopra Active3D Real Estate served as the central Real Estate Property Management application for Sia Habitat, aligning Technical Asset Management and Maintenance Planning business functions with structured contract governance, forecast consolidation, and operational coordination between DTs, the head office and the sales department.
