The implementation activity ran from August 2021 through May 2022 at Signifyd San Jose CA, with a focus on configuring core financial modules and establishing controlled approval and payment transmission processes.
Oracle Cloud ERP was configured to support Payables Cloud, Receivables, Accounting Hub, and General Ledger, with Payments and Procurement capabilities tailored for the client. The project delivered Setup and Maintenance Task Lists, invoice options, payment options, common options, payment methods, bank account validations, wallets, payment templates, payment process profiles, and transmission configuration. File Based Data Import FBDI and Application Development Framework Desktop Integration ADFDI upload methods were adopted for high volume invoice and journal uploads, and Automated Image Processing AIP was implemented to automate invoice creation from email attached images via Oracle WebCenter.
The implementation included integrations and interface planning with third party systems by engaging external system owners to define requirements for smooth running interfaces. Payment transmission and SFTP key based authentication were configured for outbound payment files, and transmission profiles were created for bank connectivity. Design work also covered payment activities, submission of payment process requests, and validation workflows to support bank and payment system interactions.
Governance and workflow redesign used Oracle BPM to create complex Accounts Payable invoice approval routing and General Ledger approvals, assigning departments at the person management level and embedding conditional skip logic in approval flows. The program encompassed solution verification across the application lifecycle, extensive testing and user acceptance testing UAT preparation, end user training on FBDI and ADFDI, cutover planning, orientation guides, and maintenance activities including logging and tracking Technical Assistance Requests TARs on Oracle Meta Link and patch management. Documentation produced included design documents, business process documents, UAT orientation guides, training materials, cutover plans, and project plans.

In 2024, Signifyd implemented Netgain NetLease for Lease Management to centralize lease data and improve audit readiness. The deployment targeted Finance lease accounting at Signifyd's San Jose operations and formalized ASC 842 accounting workflows that had previously been maintained in a complex spreadsheet.
Netgain NetLease was configured to consolidate lease schedules, automate ASC 842 journal entry generation, and manage lease classification and amortization schedules, aligning accounting workflows with audit requirements. Configuration included reporting and period close workflows to support monthly lease accounting and to produce auditable lease documentation.
The rollout occurred in early 2024 with implementation support from Netgain Solutions, establishing Netgain NetLease as the system of record for lease contracts and accounting within the finance team. Governance changes concentrated on centralized lease data ownership, standardized lease record maintenance, and structured audit trails for ASC 842 compliance.
Signifyd reported a reduction in monthly lease accounting effort from about 8 hours to under 4 hours, approximately a 50 percent time reduction, and improved audit readiness through consolidated schedules and automated journal outputs.

| Legacy | Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite) | Collaboration | Collaboration | n/a | 2011 | 2011 |
In 2011 Signifyd implemented Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite) as its primary Collaboration platform. The implementation is visible in Signifyd's public website metadata, indicating the organization adopted Google Workspace for corporate productivity and communication functions.
Configuration centered on core Google Workspace modules including Gmail, Calendar, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Google Meet and the Admin console. The deployment also aligns with platform capabilities for account provisioning, access control, groups management, email retention and device management typically provided by Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite).
Operationally the Google Workspace deployment supports Signifyd's corporate collaboration workflows across internal teams and external communication channels. The presence of Google Workspace artifacts on the company website suggests the platform is integrated into Signifyd's external digital footprint as well as internal collaboration and content creation flows.
Governance and operational controls are consistent with standard Google Workspace administration practices, including centralized user and domain management, policy enforcement through the Admin console and data governance features such as retention and e discovery where applicable. This positions Signifyd to use Google Workspace for core Collaboration functions across its corporate environment.
