In 2016, Sindoh Co installed RemoteView as its Remote Monitoring and Management solution on multifunction-printer solution servers. The deployment placed RemoteView on device-side servers to provide centralized remote access to device status and telemetry across Sindoh's printer solutions.
The implementation focused on remote monitoring and usage reporting capabilities, with configuration for consumption metering and remote diagnostics to capture device usage data and service events. RemoteView was configured to generate usage records and usage reporting that directly supported customer billing workflows for rental plans.
Deployment architecture integrated RemoteView with Sindoh's multifunction-printer solution servers and extended remote session access to the customer device fleet, enabling remote problem triage and status reporting. Operational coverage included Sindoh's field service function and customer billing operations in South Korea.
As a result of the RemoteView implementation Sindoh billed customers by usage, reduced on site service visits, and improved customer responsiveness. RemoteView served as the central Remote Monitoring and Management application supporting the usage based rental and billing model.
