The implementation emphasized budgeting workflows, data validation, and integration points that align operational accounting records with the SAP BPC planning models. An explicit integration was developed between the SAP BPC budgeting system and 1C ERP World Edition, enabling periodic transfers of chart of accounts balances, budget inputs, and variance data. Integration work included interface mapping, batch data exchange, and UI-driven upload paths built on the 1C application to support finance and budgeting teams. Governance focused on aligning finance process ownership and coordinating rollout to budgeting and accounting groups, while the 1C-based user interface centralized budget capture, approval interaction, and data submission into SAP BPC.
