In 2014 Skratch Labs implemented Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise as its ERP Financial application. The deployment centralized transactional finance records for the consumer packaged goods company and established Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise as the authoritative source for sales, purchasing and inventory transactions used across the business.
Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise was configured to support core ERP Financial capabilities including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and inventory costing, and to produce raw transactional exports for downstream analysis. The organization developed complex Microsoft Excel workbooks capable of analyzing business operations and product improvement, these workbooks consumed raw data extracts from Quickbooks for ad hoc reporting, scenario modeling and product-level analysis.
Operational scope included the finance and operations teams and extended analytics feedback into product development, with Quickbooks supplying the financial dataset and Excel driving detailed operational and product insights.
