In 2024 SLG Financial Solutions implemented Cluster Pos, a Point Of Sale application. The deployment focused on supporting advisor-led customer transaction workflows within the companys UK operations and small 10 person advisory team.
Cluster Pos was configured to support core Point Of Sale capabilities typical for advisor interactions, including transaction processing, payment capture, receipt generation and centralized transaction recordkeeping. Configuration emphasized alignment of POS workflows with client servicing and compliance-sensitive documentation requirements common in financial services.
Separately SLG deployed CloudCall to integrate telephony with Microsoft Dynamics 365 so advisors could auto-log calls, access recordings from contact records, and improve compliance in a regulated financial services environment. The CloudCall deployment delivered cloud storage of call recordings addressing SLGs more than three month retention need and created searchable call artifacts linked to contact records.
The telephony integration with CloudCall supported improved advisor productivity and enabled manager-led training and performance review through accessible call recordings and logging. Governance emphasis was on call recording retention and compliance evidence rather than changes to payment processing, with Cluster Pos operating alongside the CRM and telephony controls to support advisor operations.
