Obic Bugyo 11 Payroll was deployed on Bugyo Cloud and augmented with Bugyo Edge payslip digitization cloud and Bugyo Edge year-end tax returns cloud to support electronic distribution and collection. Implemented functional capabilities include the payroll calculation engine with programmable IF formula support to model the companys fixed overtime pay rules, a resident tax master to handle monthly inhabitant tax and mid-career collection changes, attendance data import using prior master information, and automated year-end tax return ingestion and processing.
The cloud deployment centralized access and enabled concurrent work by internal staff and external specialists, allowing social insurance handlers and tax accountants to log into the system directly and remove email-based exchanges. This architecture removed server management overhead, supported telework by digitizing payslips and tax return collection, and established real-time data sharing across payroll and personnel workflows.
Governance and process restructuring formalized work division, with the labor affairs lead responsible for operational processing and external coordination, and the CFO performing final checks, enabling concurrent approval flows and eliminating prior wait states.
