The program included integration with Oracle Business Intelligence, OBIEE, for reporting and executive analytics, and the E-Business Suite Enterprise Asset Management application was restated as the transactional system of record for assets and related financial entries. Project governance followed Oracle Unified Methodology OUM, with formal ERP organization adaptation and change management activities embedded in the rollout. The November go-live was reported as a successful execution under the project lead, and post-go-live activities focused on stabilization and embedding operational workflows for asset and financial processes.
