Google Legacy Google Cloud Document AI Content Management Content Management Senti AI 2022 2022
In 2022, SM Supermalls implemented Google Cloud Document AI as part of a Content Management initiative to automate finance and tax document handling. The deployment focused on extracting structured data from Form 2307 tax submissions and was delivered through a Google Cloud-hosted tenant portal built with Senti AI. Google Cloud Document AI was configured for high-volume document ingestion, optical character recognition, field extraction and structured data normalization to capture withholding details and tax line items. Document AI delivered approximately 80% plus accuracy on extracted fields while the portal stored about 60GB of Form 2307 submissions. The technical architecture combined Google Cloud Document AI services with a tenant portal front end implemented by Senti AI, supporting extraction, routing and validation workflows. Operational coverage was centered on finance and tax teams in the Philippines, with work beginning in January 2022 and a full launch in July 2022. Governance emphasized centralized collection through the tenant portal, automated extraction pipelines and validation steps to support compliance workflows. Customer reported outcomes included a 67% reduction in processing time and portal usage rising from 70 percent to 96 percent, with Senti AI acting as the implementation partner for the Content Management deployment.
