Fonteva Legacy Fonteva Association Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2021 2021
In 2021 Smart Electric Power Alliance implemented Fonteva as its Association Management platform to unify membership, events, and eCommerce on a Salesforce-based AMS in the United States. Fonteva was deployed with a focus on enterprise-grade events management tied directly to SEPA's CRM membership records. The implementation centered on Fonteva Events together with membership and eCommerce modules, configured to manage registration, attendee records, session scheduling, and order processing within the AMS. Standard association management workflows were established to centralize contact hierarchy, membership status and renewals, and event pricing rules, enabling CRM-driven segmentation and automated registration flows. Because Fonteva is built on Salesforce, the deployment integrated with Salesforce CRM objects to synchronize membership data, contact records and transaction histories. Operational coverage targeted event operations, membership administration and digital commerce functions across SEPA's United States activities, consolidating event registration and order data into a single CRM-backed source of truth. Governance and process changes emphasized centralized event governance and CRM-first workflows, moving registration and eCommerce processing into a unified AMS model and standardizing approval and data stewardship practices across event, membership and finance stakeholders. Rollout aligned event operations and membership teams around shared data models and automated reconciliation of event transactions in Salesforce. Within a year of using Fonteva Events SEPA reported a 40 percent increase in event registrations and a 30 percent increase in event revenue, outcomes that the organization described as measurable improvements in CRM and event operations. These results connect Fonteva and Fonteva Events directly to SEPA's Association Management of events and related commerce.
