In 2018, Sobha Hartland deployed ZKTeco iFace in a Time Clock (Hardware) implementation. The rollout installed 65 ZKTeco iFace1000 multi biometric time and attendance terminals together with BioTime 7.0 to manage attendance across Sobha Hartland office locations and construction sites in the United Arab Emirates.
The solution architecture centralized terminal captures into BioTime 7.0 for consolidated HR time and attendance reporting and to support payroll calculations. Functional capabilities implemented included biometric identification at the device, time stamping, centralized attendance aggregation, and payroll reporting workflows aligned with Time Clock (Hardware) operational patterns.
Installations were configured for semi outdoor site conditions and provisioned with 3G connectivity to maintain data capture at remote construction sites, covering both office and field environments. Integration between ZKTeco iFace1000 terminals and BioTime 7.0 enabled device management, attendance synchronization, and scheduling controls for HR teams.
Governance emphasis centered on centralizing HR reporting and standardizing attendance workflows across sites to feed unified payroll calculation inputs. The implementation improved attendance tracking efficiency as reported by the vendor.
