| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle NetSuite Analytics Warehouse | Data Warehouse | Analytics and BI | n/a | 2022 | 2022 | In 2022, Sojo Industries implemented Oracle NetSuite Analytics Warehouse. The Oracle NetSuite Analytics Warehouse Data Warehouse deployment was configured to centralize operational, forecasting, and financial datasets used by planning and executive functions across Sojo's production network of seven plants. The implementation included creation of custom records, reports, and dashboards inside Oracle NetSuite Analytics Warehouse to support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecast processes and to surface historical data for CAPEX and expansion decision making. The configuration aligned analytics outputs with production planning workflows and capacity planning routines, and the team established scheduled data pipelines and reporting cadences to feed daily and weekly production plans. Integrations were explicit and practical, Oracle NetSuite Analytics Warehouse was paired with Salesforce to consolidate sales and operational signals into unified reports, and Sojo personnel participated in developing the company SOJO Shield track and trace SaaS technology by contributing workflow design and analytics dashboard requirements. Operational coverage extended across production planning, planning and analytics, finance, and the executive team, with primary activity coordinated from Bristol, Pennsylvania. Governance and process changes accompanied the platform work, including a new standard operating procedure for daily production targets and head count that tied back to warehouse reports and dashboards. The implementation explicitly improved the companys decision making process by delivering consolidated dashboards and forecast-grade datasets that support executive CAPEX advisement and plant level production planning. |
