In 2022, Solidi implemented PanneauPocket. Solidi integrated PanneauPocket on their website to enable Critical Event Management capabilities for web-originated notifications and subscriber communications, aligning the application with their small organization scale of roughly 10 employees.
The deployment focused on web embedding and administrative configuration, using PanneauPocket to support alert composition and distribution, subscriber opt in management via site elements, and scheduled message publishing to web and mobile endpoints. Configuration work emphasized reusable content templates, audience segmentation controls, and role based administrative permissions to limit who can create and publish alerts.
Operationally the implementation is scoped to communications workflows on the corporate website, with a lightweight governance model that routes alert creation through designated publishers and an approval step in the content workflow. The implementation positions PanneauPocket as the central tool for creating and distributing time sensitive notifications from the website, supporting the Critical Event Management function without introducing enterprise scale infrastructure.
