The US-focused integration announced in 2023 is positioned to help merchants reduce chargebacks, improve support efficiency, and identify 3DS-authenticated transactions within support processes, aligning Solvpath and PAAY under the Payment Processing category for merchant support and fraud prevention functions.
The implementation embeds PAAY 3DS authentication signals into Solvpath’s automated customer support workflows, enabling transaction authentication status to be surfaced during dispute handling and refund decisioning.
