In 2005, SOS Outreach implemented Neon CCM as its Case Management platform to manage participant registration, volunteer tracking, session reporting and donor relationships across its youth mentoring and outdoor-program operations. The deployment established a centralized application to support program delivery in Colorado and to enable expansion into Lake Tahoe, Utah, Detroit, Chicago and Minneapolis.

Neon CCM provides a single source for session reporting and alumni engagement records used by field operations and fundraising functions.
Governance changes focused on centralized data stewardship and standardized reporting templates to ensure consistency across program sites and cohorts. The organization credits Neon CCM with supporting geographic growth and improved reporting for program outcomes and alumni engagement.
