Document generation and closing workflows were integrated with LaserPro Document System to prepare closing packages, and electronic recording of loan documents was executed via Simplifile. Operational coverage included the loan closing team and senior loan processors who booked loans on Jack Henry Banking SilverLake and validated transactions for accuracy. Governance incorporated dual review controls where senior loan processors reviewed and approved loans prepared by other staff and validated attorney prepared documents, and compute insurance requirements prior to closing was embedded into closing checklists. The implementation aligned SilverLake transaction posting with document production and electronic recording workflows to preserve transactional integrity during loan closings.
