Configuration emphasized data ownership for people managers and created repeatable reporting workflows to support planning and advisory use cases.
The implementation integrated SplashBI with the company HR system to centralize HR Data and to operationalize self-service reporting across recruitment and payroll functions, while coexisting with colleague experience tooling such as Reward Gateway. Operational scope spanned central HR, payroll and recruitment teams, enabling localized reporting for sites across the defined regions.
Governance shifts included assigning data ownership to people managers and empowering the Recruitment team to own process reporting and action tracking, aligning analytics with HR policy and workforce planning. Outcomes called out by the program included a step-change in insights from integrating SplashBI to the HR system, delivery of a rapid TUPE transition with four weeks notice and a reported reduction in costs through a voluntary severance programme delivering £2.5 million in savings.
