Microsoft Microsoft Dynamics AX Microsoft Dynamics GP ERP Financial ERP n/a 2015 2015
In 2015, Southern Cross Care Tasmania Inc. implemented Microsoft Dynamics GP as its ERP Financial system. The deployment migrated financial operations from Microsoft Dynamics AX and was scoped to support the organisation's central finance and accounting systems reporting to the CFO. The implementation covered the finance function for a 1,300 employee aged care and community services provider operating in Australia. Microsoft Dynamics GP was configured to deliver core financial management capabilities, including general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable, cash management and financial reporting. Configuration work focused on chart of accounts alignment, period close workflows and automated journal processing to centralize transactional accounting and standardize month end activities. The Microsoft Dynamics GP environment was integrated with Chris21 for HR and payroll data exchange, Procura for procurement and purchasing workflows, and Magiq Reporting systems for consolidated financial reporting. Interfaces and data reconciliation processes were established between these systems to maintain single source financial records and enable consolidated reporting. Operational governance reported to the CFO, with a dedicated finance systems lead managing Microsoft Dynamics GP and three direct reports responsible for system administration, month end support and financial reporting. Governance emphasized centralized finance ownership, controlled period close processes and alignment of accounting workflows with the new ERP Financial platform.

Allocate Software Legacy Allocate TimeClocks Time Clock (Hardware) HCM n/a 2017 2017
In 2017, Southern Cross Care Tasmania Inc. implemented Allocate TimeClocks. The deployment installed Allocate TimeClocks as a Time Clock (Hardware) solution to standardize employee time capture across its Tasmania-based residential aged care and community services operations. The implementation focused on site-level terminal deployment, provisioning hardware time clocks to capture shift start and end events and secure staff authentication workflows typical of Time Clock (Hardware) systems. Configuration emphasized timestamp accuracy and terminal management, with device provisioning and administrative controls configured to support routine attendance capture and local network connectivity. Operational scope covered multiple care homes and community-facing teams across Tasmania, with centralized administration for device provisioning and aggregation of time and attendance records. Time data was prepared for downstream payroll and rostering reconciliation workflows, aligning captured clock events with operational scheduling and payroll processing. Governance and rollout were managed by HR and workforce operations, with staged site-by-site provisioning to limit disruption and to validate shift capture and access controls. The implementation is listed on Allocate Software's customer page as a confirmed deployment of Allocate TimeClocks.
