AI Chat Agents engaged candidates via email, SMS, and a chat link, using reusable agent templates to automate pre screening for distinct business units, and the platform ranked and re scored candidates as assessments were completed. Operationally the Senseloaf AI Recruiting Platform was deeply integrated with SP Data Digital’s applicant tracking system and external assessment platforms, with all candidate conversations synced back to the ATS and surfaced on a unified Candidate Details Page. The implementation automated orchestration of candidate qualification, flagged disqualified applicants, and continuously recalibrated pipeline rankings so recruiters had a single consolidated view of resume match scores, assessment results, and interaction history. Governance features emphasized ethical AI, with the platform logging every AI touchpoint, providing explainability for match decisions, and supporting the company’s DEI objectives through transparent, bias aware workflows. Outcomes reported by SP Data Digital included screening and engaging over 130,000 candidates in one year, reducing average time to interview to 2.5 days, saving over 7,000 recruiting hours, and achieving a candidate engagement rate of 65 percent with a Net Promoter Score of 4.6 out of 5.
