Microsoft Legacy Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services (AI) Cognitive Computing AI-Powered Application n/a 2018 2019
In 2018, SparkBeyond deployed Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services (AI) as the foundation of a Microsoft Azure-based Problem Solving Platform for Zabka, positioning the implementation within the Cognitive Computing category to address complex retail analytics. The deployment began in August 2018 and framed the engagement as an AI-first analytics capability to convert disparate retail data into actionable hypotheses and models. The implementation concentrated on problem solving and predictive analytics capabilities, including automated hypothesis generation, predictive modeling for item pricing, and scenario-based revenue forecasting. SparkBeyond configured pipelines to ingest and normalize disparate transactional and operational data, and to surface algorithmically generated insights that supported pricing optimization and site selection use cases. Operational coverage extended across Zabka merchandising, revenue planning, and real estate teams in Poland, with the Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services (AI) platform hosted on Azure to provide scalable compute and model orchestration. The solution centralized analytics workflows for cross-functional consumption, enabling business users to evaluate candidate hypotheses for pricing and new store locations within a governed cloud environment. Governance practices were introduced to formalize analytics workflows and model stewardship on the Azure platform, shifting Zabka toward hypothesis-driven decision processes. As a result of the 2018 implementation, SparkBeyond helped Zabka gain greater insight into item pricing, revenue forecasting, and optimal locations for new stores.

Google Legacy Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite) Collaboration Collaboration n/a 2014 2014
In 2014 SparkBeyond implemented Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite) to provide a unified Collaboration platform across the organization, and the implementation is visible in use on their website. The deployment centers on Google Workspace as a cloud native SaaS tenancy provisioned to SparkBeyond s corporate domain and configured to support company email and web presence verification. Configuration covered core Collaboration modules including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Calendar, Google Groups and the Google Workspace admin console, with domain verification and email routing configured to align with the company website. Administrative controls and group based access were established through the Google Workspace admin console, enabling centralized account provisioning, role based access controls and standard user lifecycle workflows. Operational scope mapped to SparkBeyond s corporate functions, supporting collaboration for professional services workflows across teams such as research, product, sales and operations for an employee base of approximately 135. Governance was implemented through centralized administration, group membership policies and account provisioning processes managed from the admin console, with cloud billing and license management maintained at the tenancy level.

Contentsquare Legacy Hotjar Customer Experience CRM n/a 2021 2021
In 2021, SparkBeyond deployed Hotjar on its public website to capture user behavior and feedback as part of its Customer Experience tooling. The implementation uses the Hotjar client-side script to instrument session recordings, heatmaps, on-page surveys and funnel analysis, delivering both qualitative and quantitative behavioral analytics to inform digital product decisions. Hotjar is positioned to surface interaction patterns for product, UX and marketing teams, enabling prioritized troubleshooting of usability issues. The deployment scope is the external website, with data collection focused on key interaction points and conversion flows and analytics workflows routed to product discovery and content optimization efforts. Governance centered on configuring sampling, recording rules and consent aligned data capture, to reduce exposure of sensitive inputs and comply with cookie consent practices. Operational ownership resides with digital product and growth teams who use Hotjar for hypothesis validation and to triage user experience issues, following a common Customer Experience implementation pattern for web behavioral analytics.
