Configuration work centered on Microsoft Dynamics GP 18 and included workflow logic, batch processing, and automation administered alongside SQL Server Management Studio and SSRS for reporting and data maintenance. The IT team used C# scripting and process flow documentation to extend integrations and to add workflow rules, while IT asset management and software deployment tools supported ongoing configuration and release activities.
The Microsoft Dynamics GP implementation was integrated with SalesPad CRM, GoAnywhere managed file transfer tools, EDI transfer processes, Korber WMS, bespoke e commerce portals including VJ iStore, and peripheral devices such as Zebra scanners. Integration points used MSSQL based data stores and supported finance, sales, warehouse and e commerce operational coverage, with EDI and MFT orchestrating external partner exchanges.
Governance and operationalization followed BAU and project practices led by in house IT staff, including 1st and 2nd line support via ServiceDesk Puls, scheduled project meetings, requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, and training documentation.
