In 2018, Speedway Motor implemented BambooHR Performance Management to digitize HR processes, introduce online performance reviews, and run eNPS surveys. The adoption targeted Performance and Goal Management for the 20 person automotive firm, centralizing review and engagement workflows within BambooHR and establishing a structured review cadence after becoming a customer in October 2018.
Using BambooHR Performance Management, Speedway Motor configured online performance review workflows and moved to regular quarterly review cycles. The deployment emphasized performance review modules and goal tracking capabilities to formalize evaluation touchpoints and link individual objectives to operational priorities.
The rollout covered HR and leadership functions across the entire employee population, and eNPS surveys were executed within BambooHR Performance Management to capture ongoing engagement data. Survey results were incorporated into the review cycle to inform discussion topics and follow up actions during quarterly reviews.
Governance changes included instituting scheduled quarterly reviews and embedding eNPS feedback into performance and internal communication planning. Speedway Motor increased review participation and used eNPS feedback to drive improvements in engagement and internal communication.
