In 2017, SPhere implemented Kyriba Treasury as its Treasury Management platform. The deployment used Kyriba Treasury in a SaaS cloud model delivered by Avizo and was scoped to support the manufacturing group’s corporate treasury and finance functions in France.
The implementation encompassed core treasury management capabilities, financial risk modules and Supply Chain Finance functionality, with configuration and parameterization of cash and liquidity workflows aligned to Treasury Management best practices. Key workstreams included needs analysis, definition and implementation of settings, end-user training, and cutover support to production to establish operational processes.
Operational coverage focused on corporate treasurers and finance departments, with Avizo consultants embedded in the project team to provide cash management expertise, configuration services and knowledge transfer. The rollout approach combined project management oversight and hands-on consultant support to move the teams toward autonomy and daily operational use of Kyriba Treasury.
Governance followed a project-managed cadence with a designated project manager coordinating testing, training and go-live assistance, and Avizo supplied dedicated cash management consulting resources for the engagement. Avizo’s delivery practices on Kyriba projects were recognized when the firm won the Kyriba France Channel Partner of the year award in 2017.
