The rollout approach combined project management oversight and hands-on consultant support to move the teams toward autonomy and daily operational use of Kyriba Treasury.
Governance followed a project-managed cadence with a designated project manager coordinating testing, training and go-live assistance, and Avizo supplied dedicated cash management consulting resources for the engagement. Avizo’s delivery practices on Kyriba projects were recognized when the firm won the Kyriba France Channel Partner of the year award in 2017.
