Tungsten InvoiceAgility was implemented with capabilities inferred from Tungsten AP Essentials, combining invoice capture and OCR driven recognition, automated validation workflows, exception routing and touchless processing logic to increase straight through processing. The implementation architecture included connection to Tungsten s e invoice network to receive and validate incoming supplier invoices and to support electronic invoice exchange. Simac Techniek NV led configuration and rollout, aligning AP workflows and approval routing to the new automated processing engine and establishing governance for exception handling and invoice posting. Operational scope focused on day to day AP processing and invoice recognition workflows within Spie Netherlands finance teams. Reported outcomes for the Netherlands from the deployment include a reduction in invoice processing time by approximately 50 percent and an increase in recognition accuracy to about 75 percent, reflecting the combined effect of Tungsten InvoiceAgility automation and networked e invoice capture.
