MHR (formerly MidlandHR) Legacy MHR iTrent HR Core HR HCM n/a 2016 2016
In 2016, SPIE UK deployed MHR iTrent HR as its Core HR application to centralize employee master data and standardize HR-facing operational workflows across multiple UK sites. The implementation focused on using MHR iTrent HR to improve employee record accuracy and to apply consistent cost coding against employees within HR processes. SPIE UK implemented the MHR iTrent HR solution to support HR and procurement adjacent activities including cardholder tracking and approvals. Configuration work centered on data cleansing, standardisation, and loading of employee records, with explicit updates to cost coding fields inside MHR iTrent HR. The project included redesigning approval workflows and operational methods on the iTrent HR system, and creating training materials for new cardholders and approvers. The implementation addressed recruitment handoffs by coordinating operational methods between MHR iTrent HR and the iTasc recruitment system. Integration activity explicitly covered provisioning and loading of corporate cardholder data into Barclaycard Spend Management, while maintaining reconciled cardholder records inside MHR iTrent HR. The work involved testing and validation of cardholder datasets and aligning record templates between systems to support transaction auditability. Operational coverage spanned HR and Procurement functions and multiple UK locations where cardholder training and approvals were delivered. Governance and process changes were formalised through standardized templates including Card Application, Missing Receipt, and Cardholder Agreement forms, and through updated policies and process documentation. The project included audit and transaction monitoring controls to ensure compliance with unit controls and corporate audit requirements, and SPIE UK conducted training and auditing activities to reinforce those controls. MHR iTrent HR was positioned as the authoritative HR record for employee attributes and cost coding used in procurement card administration processes.

The Access Group Legacy COINS ERP Construction ERP ERP Services and Operations n/a 2013 2013
In 2013 SPIE UK deployed COINS ERP as its Construction ERP to support purchase ledger and accounts processing across its UK operations. The vendor for the implementation was COINS Global and the system was used as the accounts package for invoice processing. Operational records from an April 2013 Purchase Ledger Clerk role describe opening and sorting post, processing and scanning invoices onto the Purchase Ledger system, and matching invoices for payment while working in a finance team of seven. COINS ERP was configured to provide Purchase Ledger capabilities, invoice scanning and document capture, and accounts payable matching workflows consistent with Construction ERP financial management functionality. The deployment focused on transactional accounts payable processes within the finance department, standardizing invoice intake, electronic posting to the Purchase Ledger, and team-based payment matching controls. Governance emphasized day to day operational procedures and role level processing in the accounts team rather than named enterprise integrations.
