Logos Management Software Legacy Logos Accounting ERP Financial ERP Financial Management n/a 2012 2012
In 2012, St. Anne Catholic Church implemented Logos Accounting. Logos Accounting was deployed as an ERP Financial application to support parish and school financial operations for the Houston, Texas campus. The implementation configured core financial modules including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, General Ledger posting, and Bank Reconciliation. Additional functional capabilities implemented included budgeting and annual budget preparation, scheduled annual and semi annual financial reporting, donor and contribution accounting for offertory and capital campaign contributions, tuition billing for the affiliated school, and export routines to capture online giving into spreadsheet formats. Operational coverage centered on the church and school accounting role, with the Church and School Accountant executing day to day transaction recording from June 2012 through November 2012. Workflows captured new member and student information updates, ongoing member offertory recording, and the recording and analysis of capital campaign contributions, ensuring transactional and constituent data were maintained within Logos Accounting. Governance and process changes formalized recurring tasks into the application, including bank reconciliations, posting of general ledger entries, preparation and analysis of financial reports, and the production of annual and semi annual reports. The implementation placed accounting, reporting, donor contribution tracking, and student finance record keeping into a single ERP Financial application, with manual export steps used for online giving reconciliation and spreadsheet based review.
