Firespring Legacy Firespring Content Management Content Management n/a 2007 2007
In 2007, Firespring began serving as St. Baldrick's Foundation's back-end developer for the organization's website, custom fundraising platform and print and digital marketing to drive peer to peer fundraising. Firespring provided a Content Management implementation that centralized web content and campaign publishing for the foundation's U.S. fundraising and CRM area. The implementation combined hosted CMS capabilities with a custom fundraising platform, enabling campaign microsites, online donation forms, content publishing workflows and management of digital and print marketing assets. Firespring's services included configuration of campaign templates, content lifecycle controls and marketing content support to support peer to peer fundraising operations. Governance and operational scope focused on the U.S. fundraising and CRM functions, with content and campaign workflows aligned to fundraising operations and ongoing support from Firespring. The engagement has supported growth in annual donations from about $12.9M to nearly $40M since 2007 according to the case study, reflecting long term platform continuity and scale for national peer to peer fundraising activities.
