In 2018 Staber Industries purchased Global Shop Solutions CRM as part of a broader ERP rollout to consolidate customer databases, quoting and order management. The purchase was followed by an estimated go live in 2019, and the Global Shop Solutions CRM was positioned to support sales and customer-service processes across the United States.
The Global Shop Solutions CRM implementation centralized customer master data and quoting workflows, and embedded order management capabilities to eliminate duplicate data entry between front office and shop floor. Configuration focused on customer record deduplication, quote to order sequencing and dashboarded operational views to support sales pipeline management and service case handling.
Integrations were implemented between the CRM and the ERP order management components, HR and payroll systems, and enterprise dashboards to provide unified reporting and a single source of truth for customer and order data. Data synchronization and transactional handoffs were scoped to reduce manual rekeying across sales, production scheduling and service teams.
Governance was aligned to the broader ERP program, consolidating ownership of customer data and standardizing quoting and order workflows across departments. Reported outcomes after rollout included achieving 100% inventory accuracy and elimination of duplicate data entry.
