Training and knowledge transfer included a companywide manager training program, annual best practice workshops for branch HR, and monthly lunch and learn sessions delivered via Teams and Zoom to maintain consistency across sites during normal operations and the COVID-19 pandemic. Governance and process change elements centered on audit-ready policy coordination for federal and state compliance, moving from paper files to secured digital files, and institutionalizing manager-led onboarding and compliance workflows. The implementation note records that WorkForce Go! HCM was implemented companywide and that HR currently administers personnel and compliance responsibilities for more than 550 employees.
