In 2017 Stanleybet Group deployed Infor SunSystems as its ERP Financial application to centralize finance and sales ledger operations. The Infor SunSystems deployment provides a consolidated accounting backbone for sales ledger, accounts receivable, credit management, and financial reporting used by finance teams and commercial stakeholders.
Infor SunSystems was configured to support sales ledger executive workflows including preparation and distribution of agent weekly statements, creation of daily and weekly reports via data extractions, and recording of agent credit limits. Functional capabilities implemented include accounts receivable processing, credit limit controls, scheduled and ad hoc reporting, and operational monitoring to surface agents with credit balances and current trading status.
The implementation uses data extractions from the Sun accounting system and feeds from other business systems to populate reporting and monitoring routines, enabling hourly reporting to show agents current trading status. Operational coverage extends to finance, sales ledger teams, Country Managers, and agent account management, with Infor SunSystems serving as the primary financial system of record.
Governance and workflow design formalized tasks such as identifying agents with credit balances and arranging payments, recording credit limits in SunSystems, reviewing trading statistics hourly, informing Country Managers of significant changes in agent status, and preparing and monitoring debit plans as instructed by Country Managers. These procedures are embedded in day to day operations to ensure credit control and timely financial reporting within the scope of the Infor SunSystems ERP Financial deployment.
