The project team also contributed to Binary Stream Property Management module implementation to manage lease schedules, and implemented Bank Reconciliation modules to centralize cash matching and statement processing within the Microsoft Dynamics GP environment.
Operational scope encompassed finance, accounting, treasury, and asset management, with system configuration aligned to intercompany accounting, leases schedules, loans accounting, work in progress tracking, and goodwill accounting. Microsoft Dynamics GP functioned as the ERP Financial source for transactional posting and period close workflows, with module-level extensions used to address property management and bank reconciliation requirements.
Implementation and governance activities included coordination of entity-level fixed asset controls across 26 entities and standardized bank reconciliation processes. Project work fed into audit readiness activities, with contributors involved in 2015 audit reconciliation for balance sheet and P&L accounts including fixed assets, intercompany, leases schedules, loans, work in progress, and goodwill to ensure alignment between audit reconciliations and the Microsoft Dynamics GP configuration.
