Zoho Cliq was integrated with Zoho Desk and Zoho Projects to surface ticket context and project updates directly into collaboration channels, enabling synchronous standups and ticket-driven coordination during sprints. These integrations were used to pull support case metadata and project task notifications into Cliq channels, reducing context switching for engineers and support staff during meetings and operational handoffs.
Governance and operational scope focused on IT and process integration across Starmark’s India sites, with rollout practices centered on standardized channel structures for scrum and onboarding. The implementation explicitly delivered faster meetings, improved file and screen sharing, and strengthened security controls for healthcare-related communications, while consolidating collaboration tooling on Zoho Cliq.
