Governance established role based responsibilities across front desk registration, triage nursing, physicians, and billing personnel, and defined the verification of insurance and collection of co-payments after visits as part of the intake to billing handoff. The implementation placed GoRev Laboratory Information Management within the STAT Emergency Center/STAT Specialty Hospital Healthcare ERP footprint to unify patient registration, clinical documentation, and billing related processes.
