Operational scope covered statewide shared services processing for the State of New Hampshire finance and AP organization and scaled to process approximately 42,000 AP transactions per month.
Governance and rollout followed a finance led, phased go live to enable centralized approvals and audit trails across sites. The implementation delivered a seven-month ROI and explicitly reduced paper and transportation overhead while speeding approvals and improving auditability according to the project summary.
