In 2010 the State of New Hampshire implemented MHC AP Invoice Automation in the AP Automation category using MHC Image Express to automate AP invoice imaging. The project launched in March 2010 and went live in July 2010, establishing the production timeline for the statewide finance initiative.
The deployment centralized finance and accounts payable processing and focused on invoice capture, imaging, automated workflow routing for approvals, and electronic archival. MHC Image Express was configured to capture scanned and electronically submitted invoices, apply OCR indexing and validation, and feed validated invoice images into the AP workflow of the finance organization.
Integrations included a direct integration with Infor Lawson to push invoice images and metadata into the ERP AP ledger and payment workflows. Operational scope covered statewide shared services processing for the State of New Hampshire finance and AP organization and scaled to process approximately 42,000 AP transactions per month.
Governance and rollout followed a finance led, phased go live to enable centralized approvals and audit trails across sites. The implementation delivered a seven-month ROI and explicitly reduced paper and transportation overhead while speeding approvals and improving auditability according to the project summary.

In 2006, the State of New Hampshire implemented Infor Lawson Absence and Leave Management. The deployment targeted statewide human resources operations for the state government, covering approximately 11,402 employees and aligning with the Absence and Leave Management category.
The Infor Lawson Absence and Leave Management implementation included employee self service functionality and absence tracking modules, configured to capture sick, annual, and compensatory time balances and to perform standard accrual calculations. One feature of Lawson enabled all employees to access their leave balances electronically, centralizing visibility for individual time off entitlements.
The system was positioned to support HR operational workflows across executive branch departments, with configured administrative views for HR and leave administrators to manage approvals and balance corrections. The configuration reflects typical Absence and Leave Management patterns of supporting absence reporting, leave workflow sequencing, and record keeping for compliance.
Governance controls emphasized role based access and audit trails for leave adjustments, and the deployment embedded absence workflow controls into existing HR processes, shifting routine balance inquiries to employee self service. Operational ownership remained within State of New Hampshire HR and payroll teams, consistent with state government control models.
